A big yay for me but I'm personally not on it, I've done it before with good results but since switched to Weston A Price foundation's guidelines.... except raw milk. I find that I'm mostly still animal based but I include some other things, meat is too rich for me sometimes which was the problem I found out. I like that richness but with other things.
But you should check out Steak and Butter Gal on youtube, she's been like that for 8 years and have produced her blood work and been transparent. There's a lot who been on it.
