Abdominal spasms are no fun

I really need to not eat wheat. Just one grilled cheese sandwich on whole wheat at dinner and I’m up at 5:30am with abdominal spasms. Literally what a pain. Ugh. But I love foods that contain wheat and it is so hard to resist when it doesn’t happen every time. 😭

Do you have anything you really need to stay away from but find it nearly impossible to resist?

There are so many foods I'm supposed to stay away from. But I find enjoying them in small quantities acceptable, especially when I take supplements which counter their effects.

With wheat, it's important I get enough digestive enzymes. They take care of my abdominal spasms better than anything any doctor has prescribed.

@PhoenixPhail please give more details on the digestive enzymes you mention.
I recently learned how Greek yogurt is different than regular, besides just the taste.

Many years ago, I had a horrible bout of IBS. I was in terrible pain for 4 months. The doctors were useless. The probiotics they suggested didn't do a thing.
