Abdominal spasms are no fun

I really need to not eat wheat. Just one grilled cheese sandwich on whole wheat at dinner and I’m up at 5:30am with abdominal spasms. Literally what a pain. Ugh. But I love foods that contain wheat and it is so hard to resist when it doesn’t happen every time. 😭

Do you have anything you really need to stay away from but find it nearly impossible to resist?

Having had my gallbladder out I avoid too much oil and grease in stuff these days.
Obviously for years alcohol fell in and beyond that category for me too.
