Abdominal spasms are no fun

I really need to not eat wheat. Just one grilled cheese sandwich on whole wheat at dinner and I’m up at 5:30am with abdominal spasms. Literally what a pain. Ugh. But I love foods that contain wheat and it is so hard to resist when it doesn’t happen every time. 😭

Do you have anything you really need to stay away from but find it nearly impossible to resist?

Anything fried, fatty, dairy, or spicy, my gall bladder was removed in 2002, any of those things will send me to a bathroom within seconds at times.

@NativePortlander1970 Mine was removed in 2019 so I completely understand. I had a seafood platter one night which I had not had in over 20 years and ended up in the bathroom before I left the restaurant.
@Luckylu I have lost track of how many times that has happened at restaurants, wipes and ziptop sandwish baggies are our friends, it also pays to know where every public access restroom is within a 50 mile radius.
