Do you sometimes not eat enough?

I don't think I'm doing it on purpose, but sometimes at the end of the day I start feeling really hungry and it makes no sense to me, but then I think about what I ate during the day and it wasn't as much as I thought. Sometimes I think my metabolism is messed up because I'm often most hungry right before bed, which is really not when you should be eating. And it's always been difficult for me to be hungry in the morning for breakfast (though I usually don't skip it).

I work shifts so often eat at weird times or due to tiredness not at all.
