is it okay to have a supper if you're dieting

[c=BF0080][i]i'm trying to diet at the moment, but i have a big appetite as i take an anti-psychotic for my mental health probs and it increases your appetite....i get hungry in the evenings but wondered is it okay to have a supper when your trying to lose weight?[/i][/c]
