Which is worse diarrhoea after eating spicy foods or vomiting
I suffered from diarrhoea today I’ve been having it since three am. It was the worse feeeling ever .

it's vomiting and the regurgitating back up the throat that's a bit too much.

@TheunderdogofNY literally that’s what I want through today several times cuz it was diarrhoea and spicy jollof rice was leaving my system , I hope I’ll be better tomorrow
