why am i so hungry all the time??

this is a recent thing, i used to have an eating disorder but now i’m so hungry all the time it’s crazy, i am diagnosed with depression and i heard that an increasing in appetite is normal but for example last night, i ate a massive bowl of pasta and then 20 minutes later i was starving again! can someone explain this?
