Willpower Through Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting seems to be helping my health and well-being. Patience is hard for me in regards to seeing results. The scale doesn’t help because the numbers are going doing slowly and not anything drastic. Trying to give myself grace through the process. Will power is hard for me, it’s always been a struggle. There are days I break my fast way earlier than I should. Ugh. Motivation is key. 3 months into this lifestyle change. Hopefully it continues and I start to feel more confident with my self-image. 😅

Open to suggestions, experiences and growth through the process.
