Billionaire owner of Red bull died today at the age of 78. He said he drank 10 energy drinks per day. That shit isn't good for you. Do you drink energy drinks?

I drank a Monster, without knowing at the time that I had high blood pressure - and the racing heart was my first indication that something wasn't right inside me.
It would still take quite a while before I was officially diagnosed, though.

@HowtoDestroyAngels I thought that you might have when you described that. Apparently, that's what I have, too.
When I read things like your initial response, I always encourage people to see their doctor to get their blood pressure checked out because that's the very first symptom that I had of high bp.
