Fun fact. I havent eaten anything with added sugar or any fried foods in the past 2 weeks

Ill just name some stuff ive been eating. Cheerios, eggs, oatmeal, clementines, apples, tuna, chicken (air fried) salmon, 93% lean burgers (no cheese) pistachios, oikos triple 0 yogurt, peanut butter sandwiches using natures own whole wheat bread. Sweet potatoes, and brown rice.
Way to go! I need to start doing that

@TurtleEclipseOfTheHeart there are a lot of foods that taste good that are still healthy. By the way i dont need to be on a diet. I'm 6'2 160lbs, but i do have a lil stomach fat lol.

What you can do is limit yourself to a diet soda during dinner. Thats one thing sweet you can look forward to everyday. Its not healthy, but it can satisfy your sweet craving without feeling guilty. Also i bought an air fryer so that helps with not wanting to eat out. When i do eat out, its just chipotle with the brown rice, chicken corn, and thats it.

@MntoNc get EAA and multivitamins and omega-3 if you want to be healty, keep the no sugars.. sugars are really bad

@Isthisit physically i dont feel that much different! Its not like i need to lose weight. Just feel like i need to cut out the unhealthy stuff. Here in America, we're unhealthy eaters

@DeluxedEdition a cup of coffee a day i heard is actually good for you. I dont drink it but thats what i heard. Milk is not bad for you if you drink the good kind. 2% id usually what i go for but i just put it in my cheerios, i dont drink it. ANY kind of fries really arent good for you. If you made them maybe they arent bad for you.

Yeah im sure it improves mood but it hasnt for mez possibly because ive had insomnia lately. And I do workout

@SW-User that’s funny because we were the opposite. we had a bunch of junk snack food and ate nothing but steak and potatoes all the time.

In my adulthood I just want to eat healthy🤣 sometimes I’ll post pics on Snapchat of what I made and my uncle will message me and call me gay ha ha 🤣🤣

@SW-User well if you didnt eat meat you'd have no immunity that's for sure so no wonder.. it's not about junkfood, it's that you were fooled not to eat meat.. very unhealthy

Also take almost any vegetable and put garlic and creole seasoning on it and pan fry it for 5 -10 minutes and it tastes savory and so good.
I like squash, broccoli, onions,corn,mushrooms, cabbage,spinach,
Just put a pat of butter or 1 tsp on oil in the pan or a spritz of pam.
