I didn’t eat much all day.

Suddenly my appetite has decreased after I had gotten rid of one stressful situation but I have a million more to go. Anyway, I woke up in the middle of the night and reached out for a Kit Kat. I guess I should have eaten something long before I went to sleep. Ugh
I know your feelings a little too well. We have to remember, "This too shall pass" Feel better soon. 🐱

@MoonlightLullaby thank you, sugar is really bad for me too. Fried foods and sugar cause me inflammation and bloating. I only reached out for the candy bar because it’s too late to fix something healthy. I did some exercise after eating it. Lol, I promise myself to get fit and healthier soon.
@SW-User Yes, I have the same issues, especially with inflammation and feel sick/hurt until I sweat it out. Sometimes we're just big dummies in the spur of the moment and hungry. Just take baby steps. You'll get there.🤞

@MoonlightLullaby yes, it’s easy to reach out for junk food when you’re tired and hungry. I need to eat more mindfully.
