Just wondering.

My oldest son who has a lot of health problems, recently told me that he has been eating garlic cloves everyday and he dips it in honey and lets it sit overnight in a mason jar and it takes the bite out of eating garlic. This is the first time I've ever heard him say he felt fantastic.

I use the garlic spice in my cooking, and I wish I could eat the cloves like he does, but I find it very hard to eat garlic cloves as they are so strong. Does anyone know a way that I could fix them so they're not so strong to the taste?

I been told by someone that I can simply swallow the cloves without chewing or biting them and still my body will figure out a way to digest it and take what it needs from it. No honey was involved though.
@PiecingBabyFaceTogether I appreciate that but I think I would be afraid to try that.
@LadyGrace I wouldn't recommend it. It was a weird natural physio therapy man thing he would always say he's not a doctor and he hated doctors. He put a program for me and my brother and garlic cloves before breakfast daily were a part of the program but it didn't last long as soon as we stopped going to him we stopped everything. It tasted really horrible tbh.
