I have decided to stop drinking caffeine again

I drank a small amount of soda yesterday and my heart rate was up to 140+. It's just bad for my anxiety anytime I drink it. I don't know how people drink energy drinks. I'd probably die hahha

Ditto. But I love coffee. So I basically make weak coffee at home. But the tradeoff is I rarely have to buy coffee grounds as it lasts forever 😂
