48 kg to 46 kg in two long seasons
last fall i weighed 48 kg and now that spring has begun i weigh 46 kg. progress has been very slow.
my dietary habits have changed. i have longer breaks between meals. i follow a pretty fixed schedule on weekdays. i skip breakfast if i go to the office.
i've become cheap with food. i avoid foods that are expensive or high in calories. i mostly eat porridge and bread. i have yet to include a vegetable in my diet. i'm thinking brussels sprouts, if they're cheap and easy to digest.
i am quite invested in work. i don't care much for my health. i don't get enough sleep. i don't eat enough. i don't exercise enough. i am most concerned with getting things done at work.
i like looking at my spine and shoulder blades in the fitting rooms. i like touching my ribs. i think i'm starting to like how i look, at least a little. i never liked my body.
i still binge on the weekends. i HAVE to stop that. it's always on friday when i go out to eat. this week will be different! i will allow myself one good thing.
