i made vegan scrambled eggs today using mushrooms, tomato, onion, yeast, and chickpea flour

I imagine tofu would make good vegan scrambles too.
@Doomflower it does and i do that every once in a while the price of tofu is just a bit much. now here is my fav. breakfast and its not vegan and most was from my garden tho. except the chicken.

@BlueVeins I'm with you. I can't get into tofu because of all the stupid preparation you have to do in advance.

Perform a Float Test
To perform the float test, gently set your egg into a bowl or bucket of water. If the egg sinks, it is fresh. If it tilts upwards or even floats, it is old. This is because as an egg ages, the small air pocket inside it grows larger as water is released and replaced by air.

@PepsiColaP It was alright.. The recipe called for black salt, but I used iodized salt instead bc ordering black salt online takes like 2 weeks lmao. I'm probably gonna make these same eggs tomorrow bc I have the ingredients in roughly correct proportions, but I really wanna try it with the black salt too.

Leaves one hell of a mess in the pan, that's for sure.
