Vegetarian
I was never a vegetarian, growing up, but when I first met the lady that is now my lovely wife I was introduced to it. It's funny, I always thought of it as just a diet...a fad...but no, it's so much more than that. It's a way of living.
She introduced me to lots of pasta dishes as well as Indian cuisine, which I really loved.
I kept on with it, even when we broke up (for around a decade or so) and still to this day.
We enjoy cooking together and the whole extended family (step-daughter and her family) as well as our young daughter we have together also eat vegetarian.
We do the whole Veganuary too. Hard for me because I miss cheese!
I feel healthier being a veggie. More energy, certainly, and I am told look younger than my years.
All, in part, from healthy eating and being a vegetarian.
