Is it true that being overweight prevents you from getting full from eating?

I think that the sensor in your body that tells you that you're full doesn't work effectively when you're overweight...

So..portion control is probably the way to go.

Pot, kettle, black with me - I can eat a scabby horse and not put on weight..

@CassandraSissy could be a missing nutrient or two where stored fat doesn’t get metabolized and causes hunger for carbs. I started losing my appetite for carbs after taking Vitamin D3 w/ Vitamin K2 and Boron, it was the week before Thanksgiving and have lost over 20 pounds so far. Have to force myself to eat a reasonable low-carb dinner now if I eat anything for lunch.
