What's with all the 'accept being fat' posts today?

Dispute it all you like but it's unhealthy to be outside of the set of parameters set by healthcare authorities.
Yes you have to have a level of control and no it's not nice.
Yes I battle with it just as much as anybody else contrary to what people who meet me think;
"You don't have to worry about your weight."
"Well if you mean I'm very careful about my diet, run 40 miles a week, and I'm still a stone overweight. Yes I don't have to worry about it at all."

Yeah I think we should accept the reality of ourselves & the world we live in. We shouldn't try to believe things are otherwise because that can open us up to a whole nother set of challenges.

Of course we don't need to focus on physical appearance as heavily as we do rn either because it's vain but being overweight can be a hindrance to our health & greatest potential.
