I've been nauseous daily for a little over a week, what could it be?

Not pregnant.

Been drinking bottled water, which I usually don't do. I don't see what else it could be.

Haven't been doing anything else differently

Any ideas?

Bottled water or bottled spring water?? Some of those waters like Aqua Fina and Dasani are just tap water in a bottle. Fluoride in tap water really messes with your GI tract.

@curiosi says purified drinking water with flavor enhancing minerals. Calcium chloride, sodium bicarbonate. I was thinking of getting a water purifier since my apartment has been on boil water notices 3 times within months. 2 months. But idk how far it purifies

@iamnikki Purified means any bacteria has been removed, it is still tap water.

@curiosi you said fluoride messes up stomach. So this water has fluoride? You buy spring water?
curiosi · 61-69, F
@iamnikki Yep, Fluoride is a heavy metal. It is the sludge the "wet scrubbers" produce when mining aluminum. I buy Zephyerhills spring water.

I want one of these, expensive but worth it.

@iamnikki ive been told distilled water is good for you
iamnikki · 31-35, F
@Jenny1234 and I've been told the opposite😕

@iamnikki Distilled water has EVERYTHING removed. It doesn't taste good and you don't get the minerals found naturally in water.

@iamnikki here are some benefits of distilled water. Yes, minerals have been removed but we replace them with the foods we eat (I copied this from the web)

- Cleansing the body with pure water: When drinking distilled water, a person is consuming water with no other additives. Because distilled water is pure, some people believe that it can be cleansing for the body, though data on this are limited.

Reducing the risk of disease: Distillation removes waterborne pathogens. Most waterborne disease-causing bacteria do not survive distillation.

Reducing the risk of consuming harmful chemicals: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) does allow for low levels of certain harmful chemicals in drinking water. In distilled water, none of these chemicals are present.
