pledge success! i have gone from 55 kg to 48 kg in two months
yes, progress has been slow... but i think i've got it now! i started using a food diary for counting calories in early september. it has helped me keep my daily intake below the bar. i reserve one day a week for larger meals and snacking.
i realize i'm more content now that i eat less, when i see the numbers drop on the scale. i have mainly lost fat around my middle. i don't see much difference in my limbs. i hope to see some changes soon.
the main benefits so far have been reduced costs, less bloating, clearer skin, and newfound appreciation for food. however, since i am maintaining a low-calorie diet, i find myself tired more often. sometimes it is difficult to keep my focus. a good night's rest is even more important now.
