How do ppl stay all skinny back then in the 60s and 70s without all the current gym craze and fad diets?๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”

No gyms, no fad diets, ppl ate normal food just like us nowadays (with all the sweets, junk and whatnot), yet somehow overweight ppl were nearly non-existent back in the 60s and 70s.๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Meanwhile ppl nowadays r counting every calories they put into their mouths, going 2 gyms regularly and deliberately starving themselves day after day with all sorts of fad diets (like keto, cico, paleo, carnivore, intermittent, liquid etc.) yet ppl somehow still manage 2 stay fat nowadays.๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

The % of people who go to the gym regularly are the minority.
A large % people who get into fad diets do so in the months before summer to compensate overeating during the rest of the year.
We do not eat the same food (the food we do eat, we do so in larger quantities) nor the same % of fast food.
A large % of the workforce now works in services and office work which is mostly sitting down in front of a computer.
Our leasure time has shifted from outdoor activities to sitting in front of the tv watching hours on end or playing computer games.

It really isn't surprising that obesity has risen dramatically.
