Does anyone know how I can change a PDF paper size in bulk?

I feel like I should know this, but I don't 🤦

I don't have that much experience with editing already made PDFs

But yeah, the PDF was made for A4

but I'm trying to scale it down so each A4 page will fit two B6 pages
