Any graphic artists ?

I need a logo completed. I have the design, the colors ( with the actual color numbers ) ..i just need someone to do it for me..i have all the sizing i require for a website logo, letterhead and business cards etc..i just need someone with the right software to complete it.
Please dont offer to redesign it..its already decided.
I can't pay for the service but i might be able to offer a shout of for the good work on the upcoming project its for..
Any takers?
