I don't know If I should be flattered or worried

I was on a school trip with my class and there will be few teachers that will take care of us. We stayed at a vacation house that include pools and etc. I'll try to go forward. Few of my male classmates decided to throw a prank where they will have a breathing underwater competition but they'll push the head of their target so they can't breathe. One of my close male friend got into an accident because of it. Some girls helped to get him to lay on the floor next to the pool and they were genuinely confused and anxious about what to do while waiting for an ambulance. In my place, traffic issues often happen so it makes everything even scarier. The teachers tries their best to do something but they're confused too. The main part is that I thought about doing a cpr. Why? Apparently I'm the only student there that took medical classes in my class. I've learned it before but I never tried it. But this is a deathly situation so yes. I did a cpr on him. Everyone was pretty shocked but I'm all anxious because if this didn't work, I'll look stupid and he'll die. BUT fortunately, it works yay. Thank god, he coughed and throw up on me while I rubbed his back. I think he did burped a bit? Idk. After that incident, yes rumors. Avarage thing you'll experience as a teenager. People kept shipping me with him. Some said "she took a chance to kiss him lol" or "his family gave me 10000$ for saving his life". I tried to play it cool but this was NOT a funny situation at all I was deadass crying after it happened. all I'm feeling is anxious and regret😭😭. Another question is, does that consider as a kiss? In my country, kissing is like a big BIG deal. So losing your first kiss at a young age is not normal here.
