Is flirting cheating? Like, if your partner flirted with other people, would it bother you?

I know a guy who constantly flirts with girls and gets flirted with but he has a girlfriend. He said it's not a big deal but I think it is? We're friends and get flirty with each other but I didnt know he had a gf until today. I feel kinda gross about it

Unless you have an agreement with your partner, then yeah, its emotional cheating on his behalf.

All cheating starts off with something small and harmless....untill it isnt.
