@SarahAndSamantha did I tell you about the day that I decided to ask out my wife on our first date? I didn’t actually ask her out that day but like the next or maybe a couple of days after… was too embarrassing that day.

@DarkHeaven I did something similar when I was 19. If I get brave enough, i'll ask her out tomorrow :P

@SarahAndSamantha I had literally been flirting with her almost daily at the store she worked outside my old apartment complex for a whole year (yeah, I move slow) and this was a day or two before I asked her out. I was walking by where she works and trying my best to kinda smile over flirt (I guess because in my stupid head I think that does something,) and she looked up met my eyes and kind of gave a half smile and I was so entranced I literally walked into a rack of items and almost knocked myself out. It was horrible and so embarrassing… but when I extracted myself from the rack and looked up she giggled and look down like she was embarrassed she had been staring at me. Woah. That was it. Knew I had to ask her out at that point. Either the next day or a couple days later I was actually talking to her and she said she loves my eyes… and boom, went in for the ask.

@DarkHeaven awwww. No joke, one of the cutest things in the world is clumsiness in flirting. Makes my little heart flutter.

@SarahAndSamantha I was so scared, and now it’s a few years later and we are married. She said at the time, she was like finally. She said she had almost given up on me asking and she was too scared to do it too.

@DarkHeaven when they actually are braver than me, that's my usual thought too "FINALLY!!!" :)
