Guys (or girls) - Would you date a woman who was still pregnant with another man's child/children?

I would not. Despite the sexual attraction attached anecdotally to pregnancy.

It is not my job to support a pregnant woman through birth and caring for another man's child/children and be her substitute baby daddy and bank.

If she can't keep the father in her life, or slept around and got pregnant with a random man, that isn't my problem to solve. She is solely responsible for her choices.

Single (future) mum's over-estimating their sexual market value.
