Could you handle dating someone that carry cellphone or text?

I would think it would be highly positive to date someone who did not live in the hive. You might even obtain attention now and then.

Absolutely. I didn't get a cell phone until 2017 which was pretty late compared to most people. I think it would be refreshing.

I prefer when dating to ignore my cell phone. When on a date I silence my phone and expect my date to do the same. If her phone text and calls are more important to her than our date, then the date ends right there, and I take her back home and leave her there to text away as she pleases.

Um no, I think you have to move with the times and it's just an idealistic thought to want things to stay the same as when you were growing up. It shows immaturity. Most people are commenting saying it'd be fine because they're the older generations who are not that used to technology. That's not to say that limiting being online is not a good thing because excess is bad, but having a mental block where you're like I'm not gonna use cellphones at all shows a lack of willingness to accept things and integrate in society.

Only if you could put up with ME! A cell phone is certainly NOT a deal breaker. But if you eat crackers in bed....that's it we are done.

I don't mind them bringing their cell phone because you never know if someone's going to have an emergency call.
However if I'm trying to have a conversation with them and they're on their phone the whole time then there won't be no second date.

You would have to suffer of me acting out memes and gifs and videos in person since I can't text it. Lol

But my wife has only an old flip phone that she uses for voice calls only. She does not text.
