My love life feels like a teenager

When you are trying to decide what a guy might mean lol.
I have gotten this guy for many months in a drive through, off and on..he's very polite, kind and cute🤭 He's probably a few years younger than me.

A few months ago he probably started to recognize me or my order and tried to guess my order😊 And he said Hey ! Another time like he was happy to see me.
I have not seen him in a month or so and got him tonight. And after saying *Have a good night* he added "Take care". I feel so pathetic that I'm excited that he typically doesn't say that and added that lol.
Im too shy to really start a conversation but I may soon. I think he doesn't dislike me obviously but it's hard to say if he LIKE likes me ...he could just be kind. 🙁
Anyway that small interaction made my night 🩷

@Baybreeze I've been having luck with meeting people or starting conversations and going as far as I can with it. I'm pretty similar to you. I try to chat with the barista at Starbucks when she's not busy and I have my antennae out for any type of feedback I get but I think she's just being polite. I think it's a valuable experience tho and sometimes there's a lack of interest at all and it goes nowhere. I don't really think about it much afterwards.

@StygianKohlrabi At least you have a bit of confidence, I'd give anything for that. Good for you! Maybe she's shy like me and that's why it didn't go further.
I thought when he seemed excited few months ago to see me saying Hey! That maybe he was a bit interested but he's probably just being nice. He hasn't extended really any conversation besides that. And adding Take care was kind, but hardly means anything. Oh well... Im going to keep working at feeling worthy because I'm tired of always feeling less than. Thanks 🌼
