You know you're a failure at dating when ...

Even as a neuro-divergent, neuro-spicy man trying a site where that is normalised you still get no comments, contacts, approaches, etc.

Mainstream ones are a total failure I've known that for years and lament that my second ex was someone I met through one of those (yet clearly she was not a good choice).

So it's a salient reminder that dating only works if you are (a) neuro-typical, (b) are seen to have plenty of money, (c) are seen to be almost perpetually available without job and/or dependent children 'interfering'. I can't meet any of those criteria, quite apart from other perceived limitations of being a 50+ mature man who's a shiftworker and single dad.
