Thoughts on this as dating intro?

Instead of describing myself, I put this.

Better to say who I’m hoping to find. A friend first who doesn’t mind texting and a dating partner. I’ll help pay, not looking to break your bank. Usually on the weekend: a restaurant, movie, concert, comedy club, museum, area events, or a night at one of our homes with conversation, dinner, and little to no alcohol. As I do, he takes care of things, his things, and himself. Marriage is not on my mind. I’m not a great cook. Don’t live 50 miles or more away. Good luck to us! 🙂

“I’ll help pay, not looking to break your bank.”

I’m not sure that part is necessary or even helpful. It kinda makes it seem like there is a focus on money. That sort of logistic can be dealt with as you get to know one another. *shrug*

Perhaps if you want to convey that, then instead you could say something like, “I am not a very materialistic person”, or something like that
