What would qualify someone to feel they can date?

I have not met up with a date in years because I feel unqualified Really. I have chronic PTSD and there's no doubt it would be an issue maybe even with some guys. So it makes me feel not qualified to go on dates😟
What other or additional factors might make someone feel they ARE Enough, to be in a relationship?
