Yeah, they want all the positive differences, and reject all the different ones.
Also, I still haven't seen any gender pay gaps in standard employees, that work the same number of hours.
Now, at the executive levels, there is a massive pay difference, but if you look at the executive levels, there is a whole bunch of BS there, even between males vs males, and executes vs standards employees.
I think it's more of a executives and shady stuff, than a true gender gap of employees that are doing the same amount of work.
Of course, there is also a lot of things that I have not seen yet, and maybe just my industrial pays fairly even.
