Would a guy take his time in getting to know you initially?

What i mean is you guys dont talk. Is that a prime example of someone who doesnt like you? I dont know how to process this

Look, he has to get to know you first. Use social media (instagram or whatever) as a way to show who you are and interact with him. Don't just wait for him to make a move, do something!!
