What does red pill blue pill black pill green pill etc. mean related to sex/dating/relationships ?

I don't take any 'pills' just because someone else says I need them or I must have them. I refused to get Covid jabbed and normal flu jabbed so why would I swallow any so-called 'dating pills' unless I'm 100 pct convinced it's the right thing to do?
