Be direct. Be intentional. Don’t drag things out long periods of time. Everything can be right over the internet and on the phone but in person the chemistry may be off. It’s best to find that out sooner than later. You have to be upfront about what you’re after and what you bring. There will be many false starts. Be patient. This takes time
