I think there needs to be more context really. There are definitely things to disclose, such as if you have an STD, did or do sex work, had sex with someone who is a mutual acquaintance, and probably other specific examples, but for the most part, personally I don't see why it would matter to the guy I may date that 2 years before I met him I gave a blowjob to a guy named Greg in a JC penny dressing room...for example

@Bubbles so if it didn’t really matter as much,
Why would you bother if one had STD or has ever had an STD or engaged in any sex work ...or had s3x with an acquaintance?
Assuming you gave a guy blow job in a dressing room two years before you met your current bf,
Are you saying the probability or tendency of that behaviour reoccurring is zero?
Imagine you met a guy you plan on being in a relationship with, tell you he had sex with one of his colleague workers in the washroom,
I am sure you wouldn't bother about that, right?

@SilentObZerver well, the probability with the current boyfriend could be as high as he wanted reall, and it would be unrelated to any past history. I would blow a guy named Greg because I was frisky in a dressing room, so if a new boyfriend was in the same boat and wanted to get frisky, then the probability would probably be 100%.
You may be barking up the wrong tree a bit with your question, which I guess clearly based on how you feel, and others feel the opposite of you, it comes down to personal preference. In the situation you posed, I honestly wouldn't care, and especially wouldn't care where he had sex with her. I think generally I wouldn't get far enough along in a dating situation with someone who cared that much about past sexual history beside a few specific circumstances, which is also fair to say someone who was considering dating me may not pursue the relationship if they find it is important to have a rolodex of my sexual history.
