I just want a man with no kids and/or kids over 18 and out of the house, NON trump, likes comedians like Bill Burr, Louis C.K, Dave Chappelle, David Spade, and Bert Keischer. And when I say "non Trump, that doesn't mean I like Biden. I don't.

I can't think of any deal breakers.

Maturity. That's one. But I suppose that's different for everyone.

edit: I've never been married and I don't have any kids.

I won't be your cup of tea though I can bet on that, but you described me pretty well. No Trump fan, but at least the economy was better under him, and I hate Biden. 58 single for 15 years kids over 18 and out of my home. Retired and building my own dream home myself and living my life happily.

@WillaKissing agreed on the first part. where I live its all trump fans (redneck edition), and it becomes a huge issue. I didn't like Trump or Biden. What is your idea of a dream home?

@HellsBelle Building it on the rural country farm that I own is half of the dream, the other half would have been a log or log and stone combination home. But those were way out of my price range even for a small 1000 to 1200 ft cabin, So I went to my second type of dream home a true post and beam style home. I had the beams milled locally at an Amish sawmill very for a total of $6,200, very inexpensively and brought to my farm for a whopping $275 delivery fee. The 1250 Square foot log home would have been $120,000 for the logs only and then $20,000 to $50,000 in shipping costs and way out of my price range. I paid two Amish men to help me frame it up like an 1800's post and beam barn and to cover it in metal to keep the weather out. The rest I am doing all by myself all out of my own pocket without any loans.

I have an entire viewable set of pics in my home and farm building pic file.
