What are things you notice on the first date that will definitely earn them a second date?

"Definitely"? 🙄 "Earned"?? Pffffft! What if they don't want a second date?
I would not want a second date with anyone who is putting me under a microscope, analyzing my every word or move, and looking for red flags. Who are they to 'qualify' ME?
