Why tf does this happend

So like this guy has a Big- like really Big crush on me and he is so cute, respectful,doesnt consume alcohol, doesnt smoke, has a good appearence ( isnt handsome but isnt ugly either ), is healthy, has high grades, very good at anything and is really energetic.

Ive been thru 3 shitty relationships and this guy is My perfect Match and type but i don't know why I don't really feel like a spark... I like him but not the same way he likes me... he is in love with me but I just like him but it isnt enough and I honestly feel really mad about it... I don't know what to do...
