On the first date what were some immediate red flags that made you not go on a second date?

I dated a woman who in retrospect I shouldn’t have gone beyond second date with. She showed up for our second date with her hair undone and minimal makeup wearing grey track pants and grey hoodie. I was wearing nice jeans and a white shirt and a dress leather jacket with exotic animal leather shoes. I was disappointed that she didn’t make herself up more.
