On the first date what were some immediate red flags that made you not go on a second date?

We were to meet at a train station and he was very late. Well over an hour. When he finally arrived I was about to go and he offered absolutely zero apology or explanation. He was in the " that is how things are " zone. He just said nothing at all, not even acknowledging the fact that he was super late.
Unfortunately for me I chose to ignore his weird behaviour.

Edit : this might sound very little agree. But this started a long story that when the guy did not like something he just declared and said : this did not happen/that happened instead. Total remodelling of reality.
