Why is it always the problem women/drama queens that are never afraid to make the first move?

obviously I'm talking from my own experience and I hope I am cause I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. though unfortunately I have male friends and relatives who have similar experiences.

anyways for some odd reason I never get hit on by nice girls. its always the type of women like Angelina Jolie in Girl, Interrupted (1999) and Evan Rachel Wood in Thirteen (2003) that are always interested in me. but I always wanted to know, why me? what damn curse do I have?

or are bad women just more confident? do they see me as something "useful?"

It’s probably a mix between confidence and culture. I consider myself pretty modern but I still can’t get past the mindset of only the man makes the first move. So when you mix in a confident person who isn’t stuck in the past, and have another portion of the population who thinks it’s not their place, you get less of a filter for the bad apple.
