That as a man i feel hurt and disappointed that my date flaked on me because i never messaged her this morning

I feel so disappointed after waiting all week for it
Does it make me beta to express that?

Theres no such thing as a beta/alpha..such a silly concept. Im sorry your date fell through. I'd be heatbroken. Maybe you'll reschedule, maybe you saved yourself the trouble.
