That as a man i feel hurt and disappointed that my date flaked on me because i never messaged her this morning

I feel so disappointed after waiting all week for it
Does it make me beta to express that?

You did not message her..think how it makes the other person feel. Maybe that is why she decided not to come. if she really did not come as maybe she did come if time and place where decided in advance.

Theres no such thing as a beta/alpha..such a silly concept. Im sorry your date fell through. I'd be heatbroken. Maybe you'll reschedule, maybe you saved yourself the trouble.
