Does this sound weird to anyone else? I don't know I'm curious but also uncertain

I was talking to a guy on a dating app and he wanted to see photos of me. I said there were plenty on my profile to look at. I asked if he was after dirty ones and if he was he wouldn't be getting any. He just wanted photos of just my face and my body fully clothed. Again those are on my profile.

He then asked what city i lived in again that's on my profile and he asked if i wanted to meet up tomorrow to get lunch and he wanted to take me to get my nails done. But the weird part is he said he was going to pay me for this. I mean i get paying for nails and lunch but to pay me? I don't know if he thinks im a call girl or what but im not
