Any idea why he cut it off?

Had 2 dates with a guy & we seem to get on well, we were making plans for the following weekend, then he goes quiet & then texts me he feels we aren't suited.

Yes i know it may be as simple as he does feel we aren't suited or he's met someone else but there didn't seem to be any warning or any signs on my part that we weren't suited.... he won't tell me why he feels we aren't suited but any ideas why he just cut it off?

I mean I have no idea what this guy's life is about or what you talked about with him but I have a hunch.

He might have something going on in his life he is afraid you will ghost him the minute he tells you. So he might be trying to save himself that pain.

Whether it be a single parent, or someone with a toxic family, a shady past or stigmatized struggles in their past they have moved on from. Most of these people like everyone else what someone to love them but are scared shitless of being judged or ghosted when the person knows their full story.

But I could also be totally off base.
