Do I come on too strong or is this average?

If I see a stranger wearing something nice, I'll tell them. It usually ends up being women because most guys just wear whatever. 😆 One time I even added, "You look good in yellow!"

I don't ask them on dates. I just compliment and move on.

Is that considered kind or creepy?
