How would you feel if the person you're dating did this?

They seem to want to set the pace of the relationship, dictate when you meet up, only want to text, never call, only voice note. Introduced you to friends and they're "second family" after 1 week of dating.
Tell you they're observing you and will give you a review in 3 months if you make it that far.
When you ask them about whether they're comfortable with both of you still seeing other people, they get emotional and say that it's been a few weeks.
But decide to readdress that conversation at the dinner table when you'd both been having a little to drink.
Then read into things suggesting that they feel like you're trying to place a label on the relationship because you joked (in reference to a scene you both laughed about in friends with moana and Ross) "so where is this going?"...

@Gangstress I don't know... I thought it was just a little joke.
But he was being serious.
We've only been dating for a month.
And yes we've spent time at each others home but it's starting to feel like meet and go places he's only comfortable with.
So the example being going to a christening of his friend.
Now seems like perhaps it was an opportunity for him to "show me off" that was technically our second date.
I didn't hesitate as we were getting on. I didn't feel pressured. But with all of that to run a little joke I thought he'd laugh with me.
I mean it's too soon for me to ask where things are going!
He was inviting me to his friends wedding in July. I was just confirming that were on the same page about still dating others.
If he said he wanted to see how things go between us first then I would need to think about it.
I mean just a few weeks ago we were showing each other our matches on bumble and hinge. But now he's getting all weird about it.
The last few times we met up he siad he wanted for us to go out for a walk and then changed his mind last minute.
He asked if we could meet up this week up I said I wasn't sure due to health and now he's this conversation made things sour.
